Block Hours Agreement
This option provides guaranteed levels of support services in return for pre paid hours of support.

We can provide ad-hoc support to customers that we have had no previous contact with. Using state of the art tools to remote control your systems. Our qualified engineers can resolve your issues whether server, workstation or infrastructure based.
IT Equipment Supply
Due to our excellent relationships with major suppliers for HP, Dell, Toshiba, Sony and many more, we can offer well priced equipment with advice on suitability and best installation practice.
Our sales and support staff have undergone the relevant certifications to allow us to communicate with the companies directly using our elevated status level. We have gained accreditations with the following manufacturers:
